The anode recirculation mode is increasingly being adopted in today’s fuel cell systems. recycling of hydrogen gas can effectively improve utilization and the wider economy. However, using purge strategy for exhaust has a significant impact on operational performance economic efficiency systems.Experiments have shown that, when interval increases from 6 s to 10 s, pump power by about 20%, nitrogen content increases, stack voltage shows V attenuation. accumulation permeation circuit leads degradation performance. Therefore, it necessary discharge accumulated through valve timely manner. opening with excessively high frequency result unreacted discharged, which reduces cell. This paper based principle mass conservation models each subsystem separately, including proportional model, consumption model cell, neural network circulating pump, model. These submodels are integrated construct observer circuit, estimate content. accuracy validated experimental data. estimation error less than 5.5%. be estimated, providing reference operations improving utilization.
